  1. No words however kindly meant, can sooth your pain away. We hope the love around you, memories, and heartfelt prayers of those who mourn with you, help you through today. May you, in time, also find some comfort in knowing that God has promised to “swallow up death forever” (Isaiah 25:8), and to use his Son to resurrect our dear loved ones who have passed away including William (John 5:28). May those promises, in time, somehow strengthen you.

  3. I only met Bill recently at a MUD meeting. What a polite and respectful young man. We never spoke of faith but Bills life exhibited it as he was a pleasure to be around and he had an inner joy that flowed through him.

  4. My deepest sympathy to the Ward family. My heart goes out to you. The death of a loved one is so hard to bear. A scripture that brought me comfort at a time of loss is Isaiah 41:10. There God implores us to not be anxious because he is with us and gives the loving assurance “I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness.” May the God of all comfort be with you at this difficult time. ( 2 Cor. 1:3,4 )
