Margie Jean Wells
Margie Jean Wells, 84 of Pearland, Texas passed away on December 21, 2023, in Alvin, Texas. She was born October 25, 1939, in Pearland, Texas on Yost Blvd., to parents, Louis Robert Wells and Emma Jamison Wells. She lived her entire life in Pearland. She married Raymond Reber and had two daughters, Pamela Cochran and Cathy Ripple. Margie loved traveling, country music, decorating her home and growing beautiful flowers. Margie especially loved roses and the beautiful red poppies in Castroville.
Margie is preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Emma Jamison Wells.
She is survived by her daughters, Pamela Cochran and husband Robert, Cathy Ripple and partner Charles Blacknall, grandchildren, Ryan Ripple and wife Amanda, Ashley Ford and husband Tim, great grandchildren, Peyton Ford, Weston Ford, Quinn Ford and Rynlee Ripple, her sister, Wanda Wells Moyle, nephews, Ray Moyle Jr. and Travis Moyle.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
Margie Wells was a distant cousin who I met during one of the Bauer Reunions in Round Top a few years ago. She’d told me she loved traveling and I had hoped to meet up with her one day for an adventure, but didn’t get the chance. So sad to hear of her passing. My deepest condolences to her family.
