Mr.Tipton was the finest person that I have ever known , and had the privilege of working for many years he will greatly missed!
I am Joan Peck. I agree with Lamar; Jim was one of the finest men I’ve ever know. I knew him mostly through my friendship with Marilyn. M. and I became close friends when Kevin and my David were in Kindergarten at Sunset Elementary in The Village, OK. We remained close friends until she became unable to communicate with me. We traveled to visit each other through Texas, Louisiana, Alabama and back to Texas As long as I’m alive, I’ll miss our friendship. Jim was always so friendly and helpful to make sure they came through OKC on their to Afton. MARILYN AND JIM, REST IN PEACE. Joan
