Dear Bim, I wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for all the services you and your staff provided in handling the funeral arrangements for my mother, Norma M. Gremillion, last month. I am sincerely grateful for the manner and professionalism you and your staff demonstrated during the visitation, mass arrangements and interment services you were able to provide during this, our solemn occasion for me, my family and her friends.
