Yvonne Hickman Smith

Yvonne Hickman Smith, went home to be with our Lord on Thursday, November 23, surrounded by her children. She was born on October 11, 1939 in Houston, Texas to Albert Joel Hickman Jr. and Dorothea Evelyn Tabor. She is survived by her daughters, Debra Smith Jobes, and husband Casey Jobes, Cheri Smith Langer, and husband Willie Langer, and her son, Michael Smith, her granddaughters, Alyssa Katelyn Fincher, and fiancé Collin James McKinney, and Ramey Noel Jobes, grandson, Kyle James Smith, and wife Brittney Smith, grandsons, Stephen Allan Langer, and Joseph Henry Langer, great grandchildren, Kane James Smith, Kole Robert Smith, and Kash Thomas Smith, her three sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive visitors from 9-11 am followed by a memorial service from 11-12 pm on Wednesday, November 29 at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main Street, League City, 77573. Graveside service will follow at 1pm, Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, 77023. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to MD Anderson Cancer Center or Texas Avenue Baptist Church, 320 Texas Avenue, League City, 77573.
