William Douglas Beem
William Douglas “Doug” Beem, a resident of Dickinson, Texas passed away at the age of 64 on December 20, 2021, from lung cancer. Doug was born on December 9, 1957, to William Eugene and Patricia Ann Dunmyer Beem.
Doug graduated from Dickinson High School and then attended College of the Mainland. He entered the hospitality business in 1978 and worked for Faust Distributing Company for over 38 years.
He is survived by his daughters, Patricia L. “Tricia” Beem and Melissa Beem-Breen; his grandchildren, Isabella Peralez, Nathan Peralez and Nikolai Beem; his sister, Linda Cargile; his brother, Rodney Beem (Sue); his nieces, Dr. Shelby Beem, and Ashley Burns; and his nephew, William Alexander “Alex” Beem (Madeline). He was predeceased in death by his parents, William Eugene and Patricia Ann Beem.
A celebration of life to remember Doug is scheduled for Saturday, January 8, 2022, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Crowder Funeral Home, 851 FM 517 Road West, Dickinson, Texas 77539, 281-337-1515.

Tricia, I am Dick Sumner’s sister from CO and Robin let me know when your dad passed. I am so very sorry. When I was in TX at my brother’s house, I was so impressed the way you kept your dad exercising, even in his wheelchair! My prayers and love are with you and your beautiful children!
