Im so sorry. I’ll be praying for you all!
Bob was a great person. Bob, Duffy and I bought a house together in 1976 , had a pool put in and it became a social gathering place for all of the Shell new hires at the refinery. He was peaceful, quiet influencer and an avid and great sailer. The early years memories with Bob were priceless.
Rest in peace Bob.
Bob was the most unselfish man I have ever met. I worked with him through the City of El Lago and his expertise and professionalism were second to none. He was also a neighbor who I would regularly see when out walking the dogs or just driving by. He will be missed, and my deepest condolences to his family.
Bob’s quiet unassuming persona concealed his continual dedication to help others. His tireless attempts to help his city cannot go unnoticed. El Lago owes him a great deal of gratitude, and he will be missed by many.
Bob was a man of faith and service…to his Lord and community. We were volunteers in the St. Vincent de Paul ministry at church. We were blessed to know him.

Bob was a great man who loved and was dedicated to El Lago. He will be missed!
About 50 years ago, I had the pleasure of meeting and socializing with Bob. We enjoyed water skiing, sailing, listening to music and eating well. He was always fun, intelligent and classy.
We had happenings in our lives — changes of job location, cities where we lived, and we didn’t see each other for decades. I had the pleasure of seeing Bob in March 2024 and we had a fine conversation, catching up. I regret not connecting with Bob more.
My condolences to his family. Rest in peace, Bob.
Bob was a quiet steady presence at st Paul’s. He assisted our music ministry and dinner shows by working sound for us. It was always appreciated! Reading this obituary , I am in awe of an amazing life well spent! He will be missed. May loving memories wrap his family in peace.

I worked with Bob when he was at the City of El Lago and the City of Taylor Lake Village. He was a dedicated man with a wealth of knowledge in just about anything. He will be greatly missed.
I became acquainted with Bob through attending WCID No. 50 Board meetings which he also attended as a citizen and subsequently as the City of El Lago Flood Plain Administrator. He did a lot of hard work on behalf or the city and citizens in his Flood Plain Administrator role that flew below the radar, yet lead to property owners receiving a discount on their FEMA Flood Insurance by way of guiding the City in its successful application for FEMA’s CRS program. He was a straight-forward and even-keeled guy; he would get irritated over certain things, but I never saw him lose his cool. We had many good discussions on a variety of topics, and I will greatly miss his guidance and presence. The City of El Lago lost a great volunteer, resource, and resident! And I lost someone who I considered a friend. My deepest condolences to all his family and friends.
