Penn Borden Neville, Jr.
Penn Borden Neville, Jr., 85, a resident of Friendswood, TX for 25 years, passed away on October 24, 2021 in Webster, TX. Mr. Neville was born in Birmingham, AL on May 14, 1936. He proudly served his country for 22 years in the U.S. Airforce and was a member of American Legion. He also attended Southeast Church of Christ.
Mr. Neville is preceded in death by his children: Neil Neville, and Cindy Dugan, John Neville, Robert Browning, and Kay Browning; parents, Pennington and Grace Neville, Sr.; sister, Patsy Davenport; brothers: Jerry Neville and Clark Neville.
He leaves behind his wife of 43 years, Marlene Neville; daughters: Patti Browning, and Jo Ann Ramirez, husband Daniel; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren; brother, Brian Neville, wife Rita.

My condolences to Marlene and family on the loss of Penn. He was devoted to his loved ones, served proudly in the Air Force and entertained us all with his sense of humor. As his cousin, we shared a lifetime of memories. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
