Patrick W. David
Patrick W. David, 74, passed away on May 23rd, 2025, in Webster, Texas. He was born on December 6th, 1950, in Abbeville, Louisiana to Jean Wilbert David and Irene Trahan David.
Pat is survived by the mother of his children, Herlin Terry of Baytown, Texas; daughters, Laka and Patricia David of Baytown, Texas; sons, Conlin and Beau David of Baytown, Texas; sisters, Linda Morvant (Berney) and Rita David of Milton, Louisiana, Debi Saltzman (James) of Kaplan, Louisiana; brother Eric David (Anne) of Goodlettsville, Tennessee, and numerous family members and friends.
When his nation called, he answered by joining the Army. He earned a Masters in History from McNeese University in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Pat worked as a teacher and coach. He had a passion for helping Veterans and loved to explore nature and attend all sporting events. His joy was attending the World Series events for Major League Baseball, babe Ruth, Men’s College Baseball and Women’s College Softball Series.
Pat is preceded in death by his parents, brother Larry David, and sister Nettie Jean David, maternal grandparents, Horace & Nita Meaux Trahan, and paternal grandparents, Louis & Edia Lemaire David.
Dad was awesome
Patrick love to read and travel and help others in need. We had four beautiful kids so I will always remember the good time we share together. God said to help one another, and Patrick did that as God commanded all to help one another. Patrick Did his job and now he’s resting with the father in heaven. Love Herlin forever.
We had a lot of good times. The mercy Tree The Clear Lake Library The every other friday webster senior dinner and the Baker Ripley Health senior center on El Dorado and the free trips that the library And Baker Ripley Center offered us and we went.
