Patricia Ann Price, 91, resident of Texas City, Texas, passed from this life, Friday, August 15, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 10, 1934 in Mercedes, Texas to parents, Charles Lumpkin and Murl Wann Lumpkin. Patricia was one of five siblings, always plenty of activity and adventures to be had.

She was a devoted and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. Patricia was a faithful member of the Baptist Church and a member of the Eastern Star in Laporte, Texas. She was extremely creative and artistic which lead to her becoming a Wilton’s Cake decorator until retirement. But her true career was that of an outstanding wife and mother.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, and beloved husband, Buddy Dean Price; daughter, Patricia Dean Bryant; sister, Doris Elaine Pavelka and husband Edward; brothers, Noel Lumpkin and Jim  Lumpkin; one grandchild and one great-grandchild.

She leaves behind to cherish her amazing life story, daughters, Becky Lynn Strom (David), and Cathy Lynn McIlveen (Kevin); son, Ronald Alan Price (Diane); brother, Bobby Lumpkin; twelve grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

The family would like to extend a special “Thank You” for the superior care that  Patricia received from her hospice care team and the facility staff.

In her honor a memorial service will be held Monday, August 18, 2025 at 5:00pm in the Crowder Funeral Home Chapel, Dickinson, Texas.
