Patricia Ann Moore, a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, passed away on December 28th, 2025, in Pearland, TX.
She was 81 years old. Patricia was born on April 24th,1944, to Cleon and Willis Jones in Weimar, TX. She was the oldest daughter of nine siblings.

Patricia accepted Christ at an early age and attended St. James A.M.E. church in Weimar. She graduated Salutatorian from Karl Downs High School, where she was active in sports and school organizations. She went on to have a successful 35-year career as a registered Radiologic (X-Ray) Technologist.

Throughout her lifetime Patricia had many hobbies. She loved to cruise and travel with friends, was a member of the Texas Women’s Bowling Association for many years, and was an avid sports fan. Later in life, she enjoyed game shows, crossword puzzles, and trying new recipes. Known lovingly as Nana, Aunt Ann, and Ms. Pat, she looked forward to family gatherings and playing with her great grands.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, Cleon and Willis Jones, her sister Jacqueline Jones, her brothers, Darrell Jones, Charles (Chic) Jones, Michael Jones, Carl Timothy Jones, and Errol Jones Sr.
She is survived by her brother Willie Jones, her children Michael Moore, Monica Moore and Michele Colbert. Patricia is also survived by her nine grandchildren, her eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great
grandson. She will be greatly missed.
