Michelle Antoinette Riojas, 48, of Pearland, TX, passed away on June 8, 2026. She was born on February 1, 1978, in Houston, Texas, to Pablo and Gloria Riojas, Sr. She graduated from South Houston High School in 1996 and later attended Baylor University. She achieved her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and became a research assistant at M.D. Anderson. Michelle enjoyed performing music, attending concerts, reading literature, and watching the Astros. Michelle was a devoted Catholic and was a resident in Pearland, TX, since 2017.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Juanita Riojas, Benito Riojas, and Hortense Mendiola.

Michelle is survived by her daughter, Mya Antoinette Riojas; her parents, Pablo and Gloria Riojas, Sr.; her brothers, Pablo Riojas Jr. (Marissa); and Robert Riojas; her nephew and nieces, Ethan Riojas, Hanna Flores, Emma Flores, Brianna Riojas, and Leyla Riojas; great nieces and nephew, Addison Boettger, Nathaniel Riojas, and Chloe Boettger; her aunts and uncles, Gina and Joe Flores, Tatis and Mando Rangel, Tony and Maria Riojas, Humberto and Isabel Riojas, Gerardo and Connie Riojas, Juan and Lupe Riojas, Frank and Gina Riojas, and Sylvia Segura; as well as all of her loving cousins.

In honor of Michelle, visitation will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026, from 10:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M., followed by a Funeral Service at 11:30 A.M. at Crowder Funeral Home. 2422 E. Broadway ST. Pearland, TX 77581, with a burial to follow at Forest Park Lawndale, Houston TX. 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. Pallbearers to serve are Pablo Riojas, Jr., Robert Riojas, Ethan Riojas, Michael Mendiola, Bert Riojas, and Gabriel Riojas.
