Mary Elizabeth Lowery Ingram

Mary Elizabeth Lowery Ingram was born in Laclede, Missouri on September 24, 1947 to Esther Nell Eidson and Robert Henry Lowery. Mary had four sisters, Norma Pieratt, Cynthia Campbell, Sandy Lowery, Patty Lowery Dunn and one brother, Robby Henry Lowery. Mary attended Maple Park Elementary, Manchester Junior High and High School. Mary Lowery and Jerome Steven Ingram were married on April 23, 1976. They overcame many challenges throughout their lives but always made it through. They raised three wonderful daughters, Tonya Gail Hale, Vivian Juanita Vaden and Sandra Renee Trevino. Mary could accomplish anything she set her mind to do. She worked hard as a Make-Ready and even worked in a chemical plant at one time. Her real passion was gardening. She could make any flower or bush come to life. She had a green thumb and would make even the tiniest spaces look beautiful. Mary was a true caregiver and loved her family more than anything. She was always there for her children as well as her eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Her grandchildren were so special to her and she loved to talk about them. They truly brought her joy and happiness. Mary Ingram was preceded in death by sisters, Patty Lowery Dunn and Norma Pieratt, her daughters, Tonya Hale and Vivian Vaden and, her husband, Jerome Ingram. She is survived by her sisters, Cynthia Campbell and Sandy Lowery; brother, Robby Henry Lowery; her daughter and her spouse, Sandra and Danny Trevino; and 8 grandchildren, Shawn Hubbard, Brandon Hale, Forrest Hale, Cassandra Hale, Jonathon Vaden, Codey Stephens, Tyler Marcantel and Trystian Trevino and 5 great grandchildren. Video tribute and speakers.

  4. Sandy & Family, You all are in my heart, thoughts and prayers. I am sorry to hear the loss of your beloved mother. I know how mothers can be special and missed very much when they have gone to the beyond. I will continue to keep you in my prayers for comfort and healing. It never gets easy even as the days, weeks, moths and years go by without your loved one. They say time heals all wounds but it never really does.

  7. “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” (Psalm 147:3). Lean on God and allow Him to continue the process of healing your broken heart.

    Sandy,
This is a beautiful tribute to your mom. My thoughts are with you and the rest of your family. I know you are heartbroken, but are so blessed to have had such a wonderful mother. I’ll always hold my childhood memories of her close to me. It’s so difficult to deal with grief. It’s difficult to have the right words. Nothing makes it easier. Try to rest your mind in knowing your parents are together again in a place where there is no time or space, or pain or sorrow. It’s the place you will meet again and how joyous it will be! Sending you love and strength.

  10. Sandy, how sorry I am for the loss of your mother. She was such a kind heart and a GENTLE spirit. I can still hear the echo of her voice here; ringing thru the hallways. My memory of her will forever remain deep in the CREVICES of my heart. She was a good friend; and we have shared many great memories over the years I have had the pleasure of knowing her. I thank God our PATHS crossed in this life. I know one day I will reunite with her in Heaven; where tears; pain; and sufferings have no memories of ever existing. Much prayer for you and your family during this time. May the peace of God fill your hearts🕊and lives. I am thankful to have had the pleasure of meeting you too. May the Lord bless and keep you; and make His face to shine upon you; and give you His peace!🕊

  11. I am so sorry for all the famiy’s loss. I too am truely saddened by Mary’s passing, I am going to miss my dear sweet friend terribly but I am so thankful that I got to visit with her in 2018 and see the beautiful flower and vegtable gardens that she was so proud of, she had a green thumb for sure! I have a lot of wonderful memories of Mary from grade school till now and I will treasure them always.
My heart is breaking for all of you and I wish there was something I could say to take away your pain but I know there are not enough words in the dictionary to do that and I wouldn’t even know where to begin. Just know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all and remember that we and the world lost a wonderful, loving woman but Heaven gained another Angel, I love you all!
