Margaret Ann Bostick

Margaret Rice Bostick passed away December 6, 2021 at the age of sixty-four years, one month and fifteen days. She died at her home in Houston after fighting multiple myeloma for fifteen years.

Margaret was born October 21, 1957 to L.D. Rice and Zella High Rice. She was the first girl in the Rice family in seven generations.

Margaret had been a resident of Houston for the past seven years, previously living in Kemah for 30 years.

Margaret worked for Eastwood & Company for fourteen years.

Margaret was preceded in death by father, L.D. Rice; daughter, Stephanie Wind; brother, Roger Rice and special aunt Nathalie “Nat” Taylor.

Margaret leaves behind husband, Anthony Bostick of Houston, who has been her life saver, nurse and best friend. She also leaves behind mother, Zella Rice; daughter, Shannon Wind Rodriguez and husband, Jeremy, Kristin Wind Reed and husband, Ryan, brothers, John R. Rice and wife, Elta, James S Rice and wife, C.C. and five grandchildren., Noah, Austin, and Lance Rodriguez, Bryan Mabray and Addison Reed.

In her honor, there will be a service on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Crowder Funeral Home Chapel in Dickinson, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her honor to the Multiple Myeloma Foundation at www.myeloma.org
