Jesusa Maria Garcia (97), passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 10, 2026, in Houston, TX. She was born on August 22, 1928, in Wharton, Texas to Manuel Perez Tamayo and Maria Luisa Mendez. Jesusa is survived by her: children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and numerous family members and friends.

Jesusa Maria Garcia will forever be in our hearts. She lived a full life filled with love, laughter, and compassion. Her departure has left a void that cannot be filled, and we will miss her dearly. Though she may no longer be with us in person, her spirit endures in the lives she touched, and she will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Rest in heaven.
