Guadalupe Copado (Lupe)

Guadalupe Copado (Lupe) 87, of Texas City, Texas went to his eternal home on Tuesday, October 4, 2022. He was born February 25, 1935 in Galveston, Texas to Angel and lgnacia Copado.
Lupe spent his childhood and adult years in Galveston, Texas. Lupe proudly served in The United States Army in Fort Knox, Kentucky from 1955-1957. He was employed at Pearl Beer Dienst Distributing and Galveston County Road and Bridges.
Lupe married his bride, Mary Ellen Hernandez on October 13, 1962. They resided in Galveston, Texas where they raised their two children.
You will be missed be son Anthony Copado, daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Stan Henry and two grand-daughters, Emily and Anna Henry.
Visitation with family will take place Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 9:45am – 10:30am followed by a mass service at 11:00am at Queen of Peace Catholic Church in La Marque with Monsignor James B. Anderson officiating.
A private family burial will follow at a later date.
