Frank Lawrence (Lance) Monteleone
Frank Lawrence (Lance) Monteleone, beloved son of Frank and Ruth Monteleone, and brother of Stuart Mark Monteleone, passed away on November 15, 2019.
Lance was a member of Who’s Who in American Junior Colleges, Phi Theta Alpha, Phi Kappa Phi, Alpha Chi, and Lambda Alpha Societies.
Memorial service for Lance Monteleone will be held at St. Christopher Episcopal Church at 2508 St Christopher Ave, League City, TX 77573-4258, on November 23, 2019, at 3 pm.
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. The Jewish story of the tapestry comes to mind:
Our lives are like the reverse side of a great tapestry. From the back, all we can see are the knots, the imperfections, some bumps, some smears of color. It all looks random and chaotic.
Only from the front side of the tapestry is it possible to see how it all fits together. From the front you can see that every stitch and every knot forms an integral part of a vast, magnificent picture. Only God, and those with Him in Heaven can see the perfection that is the front of the tapestry. Some threads are short, others are long, as are our lives here on Earth, but all are unique, and are woven together to form a beautiful, complete picture that is God’s creation.
Today I remember Lance, and think of beautiful, unique ways he was a part of the the great tapestry of life.
