  1. Frances was a wonderful caring person. She always had a smile her face and always brighten up a room with her delightful personality. Never had a bad thing to say about anyone. Its hard to imagine life without Frances in it. She loved life and her family but most importantly she loved the Lord. She was more than a sister in law but more like a sister. We would all get together for a famous enchiladas. She did not fear death because she knew she would be with her Heavenly Father. I know you are looking down at us letting us know she is happy, joyous. and free. Until we all meet again with our Heavenly Father we love you and miss you !
