Faith Elaine Garcia

Faith Elaine Garcia passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at the age of 57 in her home in Bacliff, Texas.  Having been born on November 23, 1962 in Aberdeen, Mississippi to Frank and Doris White, Faith spent her life dedicated to the Lord, caring for her family, and making the most of life. After fighting a short but fierce battle with brain cancer, she returned home to her Heavenly Father, for whom she longed.  As a loving child of God with a heart of gold, Faith was a good woman and a great mother and grandmother.  Faith demonstrated her compassion by working hard the whole of her life, ensuring she provided a good home to all those she considered her children. From serving as a street minister to displaying the message that Jesus Loves You on her van, Faith served the Lord with every action on any occasion she found. Faith is preceded in death by her sister Frances Chaudron and brother Frank White and is survived by her daughters April Kay White and Jane Nicole Fuller, sisters Floria May White and Freda Fay Long, brother Fairin Lynn White, grandchildren Emily Raylen Peters, Aden Isiah Jamandre, Taylor Josiah Jamandre and many other loving family and friends. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 9, 2020 at 9:00 AM with a ceremony at 10:00 AM at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main St, League City, Texas 77573.  Interment will take place at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Dickinson, Texas.  In lieu of flowers, you may send memorials on behalf of Faith to a church or charity of your choice.

  1. Faith, I will always remember our summers. You were a true friend to me through my awkward years. We made some great meals but the best were simply two girls learning life and being kids. I love you and your family and I will see you again.

  4. Faith was one of a kind. She will be missed by so many. I will never forget being a Kyle love and kindness she showed me growing up. She took me in as one of her kids and even took me one summer out to Somerville when she had moved there. She was searching for souls who needed the Lord and I saw the Lord in her. I am thankful our lives crossed paths. She was such a soul winner and will be missed by so many❤️
