Elaine Katherine Vercher
Elaine Katherine Vercher, 87, a resident of Pearland, TX passed away December 14, 2021 in Houston, TX. Elaine was born in Mineral, IL on May 24, 1934. She was a member of Zion Lutheran church.
Elaine is reunited with her husband James Calvin Vercher; parents, Kenneth and Geraldine Moore. She leaves behind her daughter, Dawn Oliver; sons: David Schuett, Bruce Schuett, wife Pamela Tokerud, and Brian Schuett, wife Becky; twelve grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren; sisters: Elouise Bonar and Karen Barnum; brothers: Roger Moore and Mark Moore.
There will be a visitation held on Sunday, December 19, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Crowder Funeral Home in Pearland. Funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 20, 2021 at Zion Lutheran Church, 5050 E Sam Houston Pkwy, Pasadena, TX. Burial to follow at Forest Park Cemetery in Houston, TX.

I live in Bella Vita and met Elaine there. We played cards together and she was such a great player. Elaine was so nice and had the sweetest spirit. She spoke of her entire family with so much love. I know she is rejoicing in heaven and so happy to reunite with her Jim.
