  1. I am so sorry for your loss. Dr. Lane was an amazing person. Beautiful inside and out. She was so proud of her girls and loved being a mother. I got the pleasure of knowing her and calling her a friend for 30 plus years and in every conversation we had she was bragging about her girls. She will be missed.

  4. My husband and I were patients of Dr. Lane for about 20 years. I had some terrible experiences with dentists. But, Dr. Lane never suggested a procedure unless it was completely necessary.

She was more than the best dentist that I ever had. She was a lovely person. Always interested in what we were doing, she remembered our entire family. I am having trouble realizing that she is gone. We last saw her on January 5th and had no indication that she was that ill.

Our condolences are to her family. She was certainly one of God’s angels.

  5. My family were all patients of Dr. Lane’s for more than 20 years. We were so saddened to hear about her passing. Like others, I, too, had had bad experiences with dentists in the past. Dr. Lane always operated with the utmost integrity – never pushing for procedures that I didn’t need. Her warmth always showed through with her patients and her staff. She will be missed. Our deepest condolences to her family – of whom she spoke to her patients often.

  6. My wife Mary was friends with Al for over 40 years. She was our family dentist for over 20 years. Al was empathetic and truly concerned regarding every patient. I have many dental issues which Al treated with care and great concern.

Al will be missed by many patients and most of all. Many friends.
May God grant your family peace and comfort. Until we meet again.

  8. I just heard of this news, my heart hurts and I’m in shock. I am thankful I had a dental cleaning with her back in October 2022 for my wedding.
My condolences go out to her family and her staff at the office that were also her family. Dr Lane has been my only dentist, and I am 39 years old, so she has been with me growing up in all of my life. She was the kindest dentist, always asked about updates on personal life, very encouraging and great woman. She will be missed so so very much. I know she is in a better place; God bless those that were close to her and help their hearts heal from her loss and may she rest in peace.

  9. I have been a patient of Dr. Lane since the early 1980’s. I continued to see her all the way until the last appointment in May 2022. She was more than a dentist. She always talked about her girls and asked about my kids every time we saw each other. She was the only dentist my daughter ever knew. She will soon be 39. I just can’t believe she’s gone, and I’ll never see her again. I will miss our conversations greatly. God bless her husband, daughters, sisters and her staff that I know loved her very much. I know she loved you all more than life itself. She was so proud of her family. My prayers are with you all during the coming days/weeks as you walk through this tragic time. I can honestly say, I loved Dr. Lane and I will miss her very much. Rest in Peace, Dr Lane, until we meet again. With Love, Gina Clenney

  10. I met Al when she was at UT Dental School. We commiserated over our then husbands and their shenanigans. She gave me a baby shower with her twin Dot. Dot and I were due about the same time, but I were so much more pregnant than her. Another fond memory is Al is driving me to the hospital to have my triplets in her VW Bug. She took me along to Fort Huachuca once to visit her parents. What an adventure letting my sister Charlotte driving for the first time on I-10!
Such a good soul. Al will be missed by so many. It was an absolute pleasure and honor to know her. She was one of a kind! I will keep Matt, Jesse, and Ava in my prayers.

For Alan and me, over 30 years, Dr. Lane was a trusted friend who happened to take the best care of us in the only way she could ~ with expertise, warmth, caring…it was truly like visiting a dear friend to catch up on our families and the state of the world. To her family and friends who she loved dearly, we are holding you up in prayer.. God’s peace. Our hearts are breaking with you all💔

  17. I just learned of Dr. Lane’s passing this morning. I am in shock. To her family and staff, I am so very sorry for your loss. I have had my share of dentists that were unscrupulous; Dr. Lane was the polar opposite. She was compassionate, accommodating and so friendly. I truly am going to miss her. Prayers to Dr. Robson, Jessica and Ava, her staff and friends.
