David White

David White, 42, of Santa Fe, Texas, passed away Friday, March 13, 2020. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ruth White and many other love ones that left us too soon. He is survived by his wife Stephanie Cook and sons, Anthony & Zachary Cook & daughter Kimber Butcher; Father Robert White, sister, Jennifer Canales and her husband Carlos Canales and children Robert White and Dominic Canales; step-sister, Charlotte Farquhar, and children Sammy and Dwayne; chosen brother, Brandon White and wife Cindy White and children, Breanna, Jayden and Jordyn; and a host of other family and dear friends. David was a loving, husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He enjoyed spending his time with his family, friends, fishing, boating, truck driving, and hunting. He was a Country boy at heart that would give the shirt off his back for anyone. He loved being by the water and taking his kids by the water every chance he had. David would go to Galveston or Clear Lake Park with the kids all the time and they still recall memories there. David will forever be remembered by being a Country Boy that would do anything for anyone. He loved country music and always had his hat, cigarettes, and zippo litter. As long as he had those three he could sit about anywhere and relax. He did that a lot on the porch of his house. David will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Services for David will be held Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 10 am at Crowder Funeral Home – Dickinson, 851 Farm to Market 517 Rd W, Dickinson, TX 77539. Reception will follow at 11:30 am at: VFW Hall – 11230, Hwy 6, Santa Fe, TX 77510.
