Age 72, a resident of League City / Kemah, Texas for the past 28 years, formerly of Canton, OH, Merritt Island, FL and Vandenberg Village CA, passed away November 26t, 2018 after a lengthy illness. She was born April 16, 1946, daughter to the late Oliver and LaRue Tice of Canton, OH. Carole Anne requested services not be held. To memorialize Carole Anne, in lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Last Chance Ranch, a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue organization, found at LastChanceRanch.org.

My deepest sympathy to the Pujazon family. The death of a loved one is so hard to bear. During times of distress our heavenly Father lovingly assures us that he “is close to the brokenhearted.” (Ps. 34:18) May the God of all comfort be with you at this difficult time. (2 Cor. 1:3, 4 )
Thank you for the kind words. John

John:
John, Missi, and family: After leaving Grumman at Vandenberg (Lompoc, CA) I always wondered what had become of you. Carol was one of the most beautiful people I have ever known in both her personality and esteemed “down to earth” personal qualities. I am so very sorry to hear of your personal loss. I don’t know if you remember me, but I am the poet whose poem titled, “Peace” was chosen by your highly talented daughter in her accompaniment with John Denver, and Children as Teachers of Peace that former USSR President, Mikhail Gorbachev invited to the former Soviet Union to visit in home (for the first time ever) with Russian Children. The children returned with over eight thousand “Pen Pal” requests for their American counterparts. It unfortunately was the “Challenger Disaster” that ended the AF Space Shuttle Team program at Vandenberg, AFB, CA by October 1986. I wish more than life itself, that your wife’s passing was not the reason for this posting. I had just started thinking of you both and Missi and wondering and my heart sank when I came across this Obituary. May God Bless you with the best of health for your future. I would really love to hear from you should you choose to do so. I am living in Michigan now.
