  5. I was so surprised and saddened to see Brad’s obituary in the paper! Memories came flooding back to me. The year our families went to Mexico on vacation and Brad couldn’t get in the pool, so he sat on the side of the pool and taught me how to dive!! I skipped the part where I should have learned to swim first! Brad told me to just dive toward the side of the pool and splash my way to the side and get out! Made sense to me and I used that method for many years, always remembering the little blonde boy who patiently thought it to me!!! My thoughts and prayers go out to his family!
