  1. My heart is so sad for Bev and Momma Smith as well as others. In the 22 years that I worked for San Jacinto College, I cannot begin to explain the love shown by Barbara and Bev to everyone. At times like this, I am thankful to know that when we are absent from the body, we are present with the Lord.

  7. To all of Barbara’s family, I’m so saxdened to hear about this passing of my childhood friend. Bev, loosing your sister has to be among one of the worst things ever. As for you, Mrs. Smith, I too haven’t a child and it is the worst thing that can happen to a parent. My prayers for all of Barbara’s family are that our heavenly Father will reach down and grasp you in His arms and carry you all through this terrible loss. May God bless all of you.
