A cat lover, she is also survived by her two “furry boys”, Ivan and Romeo.

Ann is preceded in death by her mother, Marianne Pischner and nephew, Michael Authier.

Living in Puerto Rico as a child fired the wanderlust that started Ann down the path of her first career in the travel industry. For over 20 years she saw the world, traveling to over 30 countries and enjoyed countless cruises. She loved escorting groups and helping like-minded travelers plan their dream trips. In 2001, life took a turn for Ann and she found her second passion helping others by providing protection for them through the insurance industry. She was a driven professional with an unmatched work ethic and the most beautiful smile that would light up your soul.

Ann was a caring woman with a deep spiritual connection to God. Her thoughtfulness, dedication, and strength were apparent to all who knew her. She navigated metastatic breast cancer and all life challenges with grace, resiliency, and unyielding optimism.  Despite her own challenges, she was first to offer support to fellow cancer patients. Ann was incredibly compassionate – she always had time to lend an ear and gave amazing advice. She had a passion for Persian cats, helping people, reading, and movie-going. She also loved attending the theater with her friends.

A celebration of life will be held on August 28, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Crowder Funeral Home 111 E. Medical Center Blvd, Webster, TX 77598

“Always pray to have eyes that see the best in people, a heart that forgives the worst, a mind that forgets the bad, and a soul that never loses faith in God.”
