  1. I have such fond memories of Uncle Pat. He was always full of jokes and full of life! He adored his family, and it showed in everything he did. He will be missed!
My thoughts and prayers are with the family!

  2. I met Pat (Mr.) Calcagno in 1980 while residing in Brentwood, New York. He was a firefighter working for the New York City Fire Department, a position he held for many years. He was a very kind and dedicated husband to his wife and father to his four children. Mr. C had a quiet demeanor and an offbeat sense of humor. He was also a very generous man, a man admired greatly. We had a wonderful relationship, one I will always cherish. It is with a broken heart I express my deepest sympathy to his family and friends. He will be dearly missed by his loving family and by all of us who were fortunate to know him. Rest in peace in the arms of Jesus Christ.

  3. I have known Pat for 25 years. Worked along side him for aproximatly 10 years. He was a great friend and family man. He was always working on something all the time. Loved going over to see his goats, they were like pets to him. Gods speed you will be missed for sure.

  4. I have so many wonderful memories of Grandaddy. From the year I was born we spent every summer with them, whether it be taking rides on his boat, sitting at his house on their lounge while watching out the window over the water and Grandad in his recliner and his special gold lamp that I loved to turn on and off ( I would try and steal his spot any chance I could, it was the best seat in the house!). No one ever cut an orange like Grandad did, he would cut it into a spiral and make a little orange hat for me, every single time. Going to the Waffle House and Lubys, and you had to get in that car before him or he’d leave without you! Haha. So many wonderful memories I will forever cherish. I had the opportunity to live with Mamadear and Grandad, and getting a kick out of watching him fake heart attacks to see how quickly someone would respond and burning stuff out in the 100 degree Texas heat!! I still don’t know how he did it! Watching him with his playing cards every morning while listening to his little radio. I could go on and on, I’m so lucky to have these memories to keep with me and share with my girls. I will miss them both so much. Grandad, My heart hurts to not have you here with us, I know you’re with Mamadear and my mom again and that brings me peace, to know you are with them. Love you so much.
