Sheila Patricia “Patsy” Fraser

Celebrating The Life of Sheila Patricia “Patsy” Fraser

Sheila Patricia “Patsy” Fraser, passed away on December 11, 2021. Patsy was born to Alfred and Wilma Cooper on February 17, 1951 in Trinidad & Tobago. She married her husband Cameron “Patrick” Fraser in St. Croix, Virgin Island, March 4, 1975 before relocating to Houston, Texas. The couple celebrated 46 years of marriage this year before his passing in March. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Her favorite pastime was going to the casinos.

A famous writer once said “We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give”. If this is true, then Sheila made a great life. Patsy was the most giving person you will ever know. She was a loving soul who would give her last dollar to anyone in need. She found happiness in helping others. Her kids would often joke that if she won the lottery, she would give it all away; but that was the kind of person she was. Her generosity was one in a million. Her spirit would brighten a room

She reunites with her husband, Cameron “Patrick” Fraser; mother and father; her brother, Glenn Cooper.

Patsy leaves to cherish her memory her children Jamal Fraser and Jamilla Fraser; grandchildren: Hendrick Williams, Ke’asia Fraser and Jaydon Fraser; siblings: Carol Izob, Donald Cooper, Victor Cooper, Cherryann John and Ken Cooper.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Crowder Funeral Home in Pearland. Graveside will be at Houston Memorial Garden Cemetery, Monday, December 20, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.
