Sandra (Sandy) Nash

Sandra (Sandy) Nashget-attachment.aspx, 60, of League City Texas was called peacefully home to Heaven on December 25, 2014. Sandy was born October 4, 1954 and grew up in New Kensington, PA before joining the Army and moving to League City, Texas. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Michael Nash Sr., her step sons Michael Nash Jr. and James Christopher Nash and her parents Barbero and Pearl DeMartino. Sandy devoted her life to being a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed cooking, baking for her friends and family’s ping to movies and reading her Bible. She was a dedicated and caring Registered Nurse, employed by IPR Healthcare and was dearly regarded by her patients and co-workers. Sandy was a devoted woman of God and was a member of Calvary Chapel. Sandy is survived by her children, Jason Harrington and his children Jacob and Kaylie, Matthew Harrington and his Mandy and her daughter and son in law Joy and Austin Kennedy, and her grand daughters Destany, Sandra Lynn and Joyce, and grandsons, John Eric and Christopher Cody Nash and John Stegall.
Sandra is also survived by two sisters, Lisa Nicely and Brenda Mitcheson. She will be deeply missed by all.
The Family will receive friends on Sunday, December 28,2014 at 2:00pm with a Celebration of Life Ceremony at 4 o’clock at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main Street, League City, Texas 77573.

  1. Sandy had so many talents. Her compassion for her patients as a Registered Nurse is hard to measure. I found that she loved to teach others in the field of medical care so as to help improve the quality of care that the patients received.

    She was committed to her family, especially her Grandchildren. Sandy was loved and she will be sorely missed.
