Ruby “Wilma” Miller
Ruby Wilma Miller (“Wilma”) went to her heavenly home January 25, 2020 in Clear Lake, Texas. She was born to Eddie & Thelma Parish on March 6, 1932 in Thompkinsville, Kentucky.
Wilma is survived by siblings Olene Dahler, Nancy Aldridge and husband James, Herman Parish and wife Janet, Alvin Parish and wife Rana. Children: Michael Miller and wife Brenda, Eddie Miller and wife Rusty, Don Miller and wife Karen, Candace Miller and wife Dana. Step children: Ruby McGraw, Bonnie House and Daughter in law Linda Miller. Grand children: Chris McGraw and wife Michelle, Curtis McGraw & wife Joyce, Tonya Gibbs and husband George, Cory McGraw and wife Amanda, Theresa Reyes, Brenda Wilkerson and husband Jeff, Darla Miller, Marla Miller, Karen Miller, William House and wife Shawna, Robert House, Elizabeth House, Joey Arismendez, LeeAnne Miller, Angle Schneider and husband Erik, Mikaela Braddy and husband Wesley, Brandon Miller, Amberlin Dollens and husband Danny. Numberous great grandchildren & great great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by brothers Lawrance Parish, and Mitchell Parish, son Howard (Duke) Miller, and grandson Eric Mc Sherry.
Wilma lived in League City, Texas. She worked in the food service industry and retired from Jack N The Box after 25 years. She was an active member of VFW Auxiliary 6378, District 16, State of Texas.

Arrangements are as follows: Visitation and funeral services will be held at Crowder Funeral Home 851 FM 517 W. Dickinson, TX 77539;
Visitation 6 – 8 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2020 with a V.F.W. Auxiliary memorial at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 1st, 2020 at Noon internment to follow at Forest Park East. Fellowship will be offered at Post 6378 V.F.W. 5204 Hwy. 3 Dickinson, TX 77539 following internment. Cards of condolence may be sent to PO Box 1043 Pearland, TX 77588-1043.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to V.F.W. AUXILIARY 6378 PO BOX 1757 Dickinson, TX.

  3. You know we spent a lot of time together in Indiana and it was a hard time for us but we had a lot of fun too. I didn’t get to spend a lot of time with her but recently saw her at the reunion. I loved her and will miss her.

  5. Brandon, Don and all the family, I know Wilma will be greatly missed. I remember her as a hard working lady and always had a smile on her face. We had some great times together, sitting in the bleachers cheering on our favorite baseball player, Brandon. May God Bless you all.
