Rosemary Elizabeth Kline

Rosemary Elizabeth Kline, 29, of League City, Texas, passed away September 26, 2020, in Webster, Texas. Rosie was born October 20, 1990 to Robert V. and Kathleen E. Kline in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.  She proudly served her country in the U.S. Navy.  Since then she has devoted her life to the environment.  She was near completion of her Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science at University of Houston Clear Lake and worked at Texas A & M AgriLife Extension Service helping to preserve the wetlands.

Rosie did extensive volunteer work including serving as Adult Leader for the Texas Coastal Brigades and tagging green sea turtles with biologists from Swansea University in the British Indian Ocean Territory.

Rosie travelled the world and enjoyed playing soccer.

Rosie leaves behind to cherish her memory her parents; sisters Nicole and Kaitlyn Kline; brother Robert Kline; and many extended family members and friends.

In her honor, the family will be receiving friends 5:00 – 7:00 PM, Monday, October 5, 2020, with a Rosary at 7:00 PM, at Crowder Funeral Home, Dickinson, Texas.  Interment will be at later date at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, Dickinson.

  1. I knew Rosie through my son and his friends. She was at our home more than once, and we would run into her out and about. She was always a delight to be around. I am so, so sorry for this loss. Much love to all of her family and friends. She will be missed.

  2. I first met Rosie in high school. She quickly became my best friend. Her laugh was contagious and her heart was so big. We had the best times. I am thankful I have so many amazing memories with Rose and my heart aches without her here.

  4. Condolences to the Kline family. I met Rosemary last year and spent a week with her bonding over our love for wildlife. She was so kind, strong, intelligent, and genuinely had a heart for others. I will not forget the kindness that Rosemary showed towards me. God bless.

  5. I was an officer with Rosemary in the Green Hawks Sustainability Club at UHCL. Rosemary was a beautiful person – smart, funny, caring, responsible. I absolutely loved working with her on all of our events. We all made a great team. I knew I could always count on her to have my back. I will miss Rosemary’s smile and kind spirit in this world. She had an immense impact on everyone she met, and the Earth with forever thank her for her selfless service dedicated to its preservation. Rosemary will always be in my heart.   6. I met Rosy as well in Green Hawks. I am the faculty advisor of this student organization. She was indeed an amazing person who showed some much dedication and care to the work she does as well as kindness to others around her.
