Rendi Ann Taylor
Rendi Ann Taylor, beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, and friend, passed away on April 26, 2026 at 10:59 p.m. (22:59), peacefully and surrounded by love. Rendi was born on March 17, 2007 in Odessa, TX, to Shelley and Derrick Taylor.
Rendi was a bright and shining light in the lives of all who knew her. She was known for her amazing kind heart, laughter, strong will, and her selflessness toward everyone she encountered in life. Rendi brought joy, happiness, and comfort to those around her and left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Rendi is survived by her loving parents, Shelley and Derrick Taylor; her grandparents, Beverly Norris, Becky Taylor, and John Taylor; her sister, Madison Taylor; her brother, Johnathan Taylor; and many extended family members and friends who will forever cherish her memory. She was preceeded in passing by her Poppy, Randy Norris.
A service to honor and celebrate Rendi’s life will be held on May 8, 2026 at Crowder Funeral Home in Pearland at 11:00 a.m.
Rendi Ann Taylor will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Her love, spirit, and light will remain in our hearts and in the lives of all that knew her.

We met this beautiful family while my father-in-law was in the same ICU. I am heartbroken to hear of Rendi’s passing. Our family will continue to pray for the Taylor family during this difficult time.

Rendi was truly one of a kind. She always listened and never judged. She was smart, humble, really just a great person and friend. I will miss her silliness, and the way we’d send videos saying, “this reminded me of you.” I will forever miss you, sweet Rendi.

I was Rendi freshmen basketball coach at Manvel High School. She was a very positive young lady with a beautiful 3 pt shot. The family and her many friends are in my prayers during this difficult times.
I have had the pleasure of working with Rendi and then having the privilege of calling her my friend. We had such great laughs & cries together. She was the most supportive, sweetest, purest angel. She was always so positive and kind. We became close fast. We would always laugh so hard until tears came running down our faces. It was always a fun time with her around. I’m going to miss her dearly. My heart is broken. Believe it when I say she was absolutely one of a kind because she truly was. I am so lucky to have known her. Rendi will always be remembered as a huge part of Honore’s Cajun cafe. We are devastated that this world lost a bright light. She will be always be remembered here as the positive, happy, hilarious and definitely kind , young lady she was.

Sorry for your loss. She was an awesome young lady that bubbled her wonderful personality. I was awestruck when I heard about the accident. As one of her friends at Home Depot, we will always remember her!! Excellent service!! Once again we send our condolences!
