Paul Ray Johnson

Paul Ray Johnson, age 91, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2026. He was born on December 17, 1934, in Taylorville, Mississippi, to Minnie and Polie Johnson. Paul was a resident of Pasadena, Texas until he was transferred to Illinois in 1977. He returned to Texas in 1997, where he had residences in Alvin, Trinity, Manvel, and finally Rosharon.

Paul spent 25 years as a Plant Engineer with Rainbo Bread until his retirement.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Minnie and Polie Johnson, 11 brothers and sisters; and his loving wife, Barbara Johnson.

Paul is lovingly survived by his daughters, Sheila Johnson, Tracey Richey, and Barbara Ann Mason; sons, Travis Johnson and wife, Leslie, and David Mason; sister, Margie. His legacy continues through his 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him immense joy and pride.
