Michael Dean San Angelo

Michael Dean San Angelo
November 19, 1963 – June 28, 2025

With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Michael Dean San Angelo, a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend, who passed away peacefully at his home in Webster, Texas, on June 28, 2025, after a brief but hard-fought battle with cancer. He was 61 years old.

Mike was a devoted husband to Tracy San Angelo and a proud father to their two sons, Jett and Jaxx San Angelo, all of Webster, Texas. He was a true “boy dad” who loved spending time at the park, working in the yard, and enjoying the outdoors with his sons.

Mike was well known in the Clear Lake area for his hard work, expertise, and dedication in the moving industry. He earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues and customers, and he took great pride in every job he did.

He had a big love for football, rock and roll, growing his beard, and trying his luck on scratch-off lottery tickets. Mike was also a notorious prankster with a larger-than-life sense of humor who always found a way to bring laughter into the room.

Mike is preceded in death by his father, George San Angelo, and his sister, Susan San Angelo.

He is survived by his mother, Ruth Fairchild of Pearland, TX; brother Joseph San Angelo of Groveton, TX; sisters Vicki San Angelo of Callahan, FL, Melissa San Angelo of San Antonio, TX, and Kathy San Angelo of Rosharon, TX; mother-in-law and father-in-law Janet and Kenneth Mullins of Shelbyville, TN; and sister-in-law and brother-in-law Heather and Chuck Blackwell of Shelbyville, TN.

Mike was a loving uncle to six nephews, eight nieces, and twenty two great-nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind countless friends who he considered family.

A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at Crowder Funeral Home, 111 E. Medical Center Blvd, Webster, TX 77598. All are welcome to attend and help celebrate Mike’s life.

Mike lived with strength, loyalty, humor, and heart—and as he always said:
“I may be hard, but I am always fair.”

  2. Mike was Salt of the Earth. He was my Brother from ann Mother and I loved him so much. May you ride forever in the halls of heroes, where pain has no hold, and your spirit runs free.
You were — and always will be — my brother.
Bound not by blood or time, but by loyalty, laughter, and the kind of love only few will ever understand. You fought your battles with strength, you carried your burdens with honor, and you loved with a fire that lit up those around you.
He will be sorely missed by his SHBS Brothers. He definitely was a prankster and we pulled a couple of whoppers off on the Brothers. Much love to Tracy and the boys as they navigate life without their Captain at the helm. Blessings of comfort for them. Much love and care for them always
