Lindsey Mae Arterburn

Lindsey Mae Arterburn passed away on May 28, 2026, at 1:15 p.m., surrounded by the love that she gave so freely throughout her life. Though her time here ended far too soon, the light she brought into the world will continue to shine through the countless lives she touched.

Above all else, Lindsey was a mother. Her daughter, Paisley Ellen Clark, was her whole world, her greatest joy, and the center of her universe. Becoming a mother transformed Lindsey’s life in the most beautiful way. She once said, “Motherhood is not what you sacrifice, but what you gain from being a mother.” She lived those words every day. Every moment she could, she spent making memories with Paisley, sharing adventures, laughter, love, and the kind of bond that can never be broken.

Lindsey was a woman full of warmth, laughter, and life. She cherished time with her family and found joy in the simple things shopping trips, pamper days with fresh nails and lashes, long drives with the music turned up, and singing her favorite songs at the top of her lungs. She had a way of making ordinary moments feel special and unforgettable.

To know Lindsey was to know someone whose heart was bigger than herself. She loved fiercely, cared deeply, and always put her family first. Her smile could brighten a room, and her presence brought comfort to those around her. She was the person people turned to for encouragement, understanding, and hope.

Lindsey shared a special and unbreakable bond with her mother, Stacy Warren. No matter what curveball life threw her way, Lindsey knew her “mommy” was always there with open arms she could run to. At times when she needed it most, her strength came from her mother’s love, guidance, and unwavering presence. They were truly like two feathers of the same bird connected, alike in spirit, and deeply intertwined in love. Stacy will be lost without her daughter, but grounded by the love Lindsey leaves behind, especially through her granddaughter Paisley and her daughters Megan, Madison, and Hayley, who will carry pieces of Lindsey’s spirit forward.

Lindsey was also a warrior. She fought through life’s challenges with remarkable strength and courage. Even in difficult times, she never lost her positive spirit. She remained a beacon of hope, resilience, and faith for everyone around her. Her determination inspired those who loved her, and her strength will never be forgotten.

She was welcomed into Heaven by her beloved Grandma Florence Arterburn, Grandma Kay Warren, Papa Philip McBride, and Uncle Josh Armstrong. While her family grieves her absence, they find comfort in knowing she has been reunited with those who went before her.

Lindsey leaves behind a family who will forever carry her love in their hearts: her cherished daughter, Paisley Ellen Clark; her mother, Stacy Warren and stepfather, Sarge; her father, Shannon Arterburn and stepmother, Linda; her sisters, Hayley Arterburn (Joe), Madison Arterburn (Jack), and Megan Arterburn; her stepbrothers, Chris and Alex; and her stepsisters, Katie, Veronica, Rosemary, and Lily. She is also survived by her grandmother, Lana Edwards, her mimi, Susan McBride, along with many beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members who were very near and dear to her heart. She is also survived by her close friends, who helped keep her grounded and sane through life’s turmoil, and who brought her comfort and normalcy simply by being there—by being her girls, her laughter, and her escape into moments of lighthearted friendship. She also leaves behind her beloved pets, Nonnie and Minnie, whom she loved dearly, a reflection of the huge and gentle heart she always had for animals.

The loss of Lindsey leaves an immeasurable void, but her legacy is one of love, strength, laughter, and devotion to family. She taught those around her how to face life’s challenges with courage, how to love without limits, and how to find joy even in the smallest moments.

Though she is no longer by our side, Lindsey’s spirit lives on in every song sung a little too loudly, every shared laugh, every treasured family memory, and most especially in the beautiful daughter she loved beyond measure. Her love will continue to guide those she leaves behind, and her memory will remain a source of comfort and strength.

She will be deeply missed, endlessly loved, and forever remembered.

Memorial Service at James Crowder Funeral Home, La Marque will be announced later.
