Linda Gail Morgan

Linda Gail Morgan, 69, a resident of Baytown, TX , and growing up in Pasadena TX, passed away October 18, 2019. Linda was born on December 28, 1949 to Muriel and Ethel Morgan in Houston, TX.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Gloria Elliott Brown.

Linda leaves behind her sister, Beverly Ann Walthall and brother, Gary Wayne Morgan, wife Judy; nieces and nephews: Cassie Behringer, Romy Walthall, Chris Morgan, Kelli Eno, Steve Elliott and Greg Elliott.

How do we summarize a person’s life? Linda lived a full life and had a warm, loving heart. She kept her favorite pictures in site, hanging on the walls, on her mirror, in her car, wherever she would be so that she could keep her memories close. Linda gave all of herself and would do without to give to others whether it be her neighbors, friends, or her precious babies, her two dogs, Little Bit and Harley.

Linda had a little girlish way about her but was tough as nails She battled her addictions and won, battled breast cancer and survived. Linda had many peaks and valleys. Each valley she rose from with a smile, laughter and her love of life with her dogs, her family and her friends. Linda loved to tell jokes, listen to music from the 60’s and 70’s, and watch classic movies over and over.

Linda always treasured and embraced every moment with her siblings and family. Linda’s classmates from Pasadena High School Class of 68 were her most precious friends and memories. Linda was loved by her classmates who chose her as Miss PHS. She will be loved and, in our hearts, forever. Until we see you again, Linda Gail, be at peace.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 11:00 am at First United Methodist Church in Kosse, TX.

  4. To the family of Linda:

Words have no way of expressing how much the class of 1968/Pasadena High School will miss Linda. We were a group strong in numbers who genuinely cared for each other while we were in school and the fifty plus years after graduation. Our hearts are heavy, but we have wonderful memories and Linda will certainly be in our conversations when we are together.

    Sincerely,
