Kelly Elizabeth Walker

We will be gathering to celebrate the life of Kelly Elizabeth Walker. Kelly passed suddenly from this world on July 31, 2023, at her home in Clear Lake Shores. She was born September 8, 1961, to parents Walter Leland Walker and Lois Porter Walker at Fort Hood (Killeen) Texas.

She is survived by her: mother; sisters, Karen Walker Praytor (Keith) and Kimberly Walker LeBlanc (Bobby); nieces, Stephanie Old, Madison LeBlanc Barbosa (David) and Alexandra (Lexie) LeBlanc; nephew, Jared Old; great-nieces, Kaitlynn Old, and Rose Barbosa; great-nephews, Ryan Silva and Beckham Barbosa; and her loving dog Maggie May.

She is preceded in death by her father and grandparents Alma and Fred Porter and Ruth and Leland Walker.

As a child Kelly was a tomboy at heart, wanting to learn all about cars from her Daddy. Kelly cared selflessly for all her fur babies with Miss Maggie being her whole heart.

Kelly was a loving and devoted daughter, sister and friend. She also doted on her nieces and nephews. She was the fun aunt who spoiled the family’s youth.

Those who want to honor Kelly’s memory may make a donation to your favorite animal support organization.

On Monday, August 14, 2023, Kelly’s Family will greet guest for a light reception from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Followed by a Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m. at Crowder Funeral Home, Webster, Texas.
