Keith Clifford Reynolds Sr.

Keith Clifford Reynolds Sr, 61, of Dickinson, TX passed away on April 10, 2024 in Nassau Bay, TX.  Keith was born to George and Tommie June Reynolds on January 27, 1963 in Pasadena, TX.  He has been a 27 year resident of Dickinson and attended Clear Creek Community Church. Mr. Reynolds retired from Houston Light and Power after 38 years of service.

Keith was known for his razor sharp wit and for a vast array of opinions that stretched from the government to fertilizer. In fact , he often commented that the former produced a lot of the latter. At his core Keith was the bedrock of his family and his generosity, kindness, and love knew no bounds. He loved spoiling his grandchildren, tending to his garden and “camping” with family and friends. Keith was not one to waste a dollar as many salesmen learned while he gleefully brought them around to his way of thinking. With Keith, what you saw is what you got. His unfailing sense of humor and genuineness brought a smile to everyone he encountered. Keith did not really have a filter, but he was never cruel and you always knew where you stood with him. He will be missed by all that knew him, and his absence will continue to be felt by those that knew him best.

Keith is preceded in death by his mother Tommie June Reynolds and brother John Kendall Reynolds.  Mr. Reynolds is survived by his wife of 29 years, Naomi Reynolds; father George Reynolds and wife Peggy; grandmother Jewel M. Addison; daughter Amber Lunceford and  husband Delton; sons Jamie McElwee, Keith Reynolds, Jr. and Robert Justin Reynolds and wife Eryn; sister Tori Skelton and husband John; brother Joseph Reynolds and wife Angie; grandchildren Kacey Ann Reynolds, Natalie Reynolds, Kinsey Wells, Braxton Reynolds, Gunner Reynolds, Karson Lunceford, Ava Reynolds, River Reynolds , Kynleigh Lunceford, Levi Reynolds, and numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be a visitation from 9:30 to 11:30 on Monday, April 15, 2024 with a service to follow at Crowder Funeral Home, 851 FM 517 Dickinson, TX. 77539. Burial will immediately follow at Forest Park East Cemetery in Webster, TX with Pastor Ryan Lehtinen officiating.  Pallbearers serving will be Justin Reynolds, John Skelton, Delton Lunceford, Keith Reynolds, Jr., Braxton Reynolds and Gunner Reynolds.

  1. Keith Reynolds, we have been neighbors for 28 years, we always had our different opinions on things but, always agreed to disagree. I will miss our morning chats in the morning out in the street. Most of the time talking about nothing that made any sense, but our conversations was always great. We was not just neighbors, more like family, we camped together, we did hugh crawfish boils together and most of all we had the best Cul De Sac in Bay Colony. No one who ever seen you cutting your grass will ever forget you. My friend, neighbor and family I will miss you, Rest In Heaven MY FRIEND

  3. I’ll miss Keith dearly. I really enjoyed talking to him at 9am Sunday at church with Naomi and Grandma. He would always ask about my son working at the plant and reminiscing. A lot of good times and memories from there. Would talk about the next camping trip and would listen to see where the best place to go. I will definitely miss him.

  6. If kindness could’ve earned us days, then Keith would have surely outlived us all. It was my privilege to have worked with Keith for many years. Keith was of character that everyone found value in and renewed your hope in mankind. Many of us will always remember Keith with that half crooked smile and a pleasant chuckle that came effortlessly no matter how great the challenge. Feeling sorry for ourselves at this loss but somehow I feel heaven just got a little more personality.

  8. Mr. Reynolds, we will miss you so much. We will miss your jokes and always giving us a hard time. Seeing you out in the yard with that grin will deeply be missed. Can’t believe we will no longer get to see all your new, fancy toys. Thank you for teaching me how to fix things from car batteries, ATVs, to clogged sinks etc. after my dad no longer could. Thank you for being a great neighbor and friend to us for the last 7 years. Still praying for you Naomi and family. RIP 🙏

  10. So hard to believe he is gone. It will not be the same driving by and not seeing Keith piddling in the yard. I just spoke with him last week as I was riding by on my bike and he stopped me to chat. He was telling me all about Grandma and doting on all of Naomi’s accomplishments at work amongst other random things. I never had a conversation with Keith that wasn’t enlightening in some way and always involved laughter. Such a great guy and a great neighbor. I pray his family and loved ones find peace in their memories and that he is in a better place with all his loved ones that have passed before. 🙏🙏❤️ May you rest in Peace.

  11. So saddened to hear of Keith’s passing!
Neighbors with Keith and Naomi for just over 20 years. Will truly miss the conversations about our lives and the Bay Colony neighborhood, and of course landscape yard maintenance tips. Keith took such pride in all he undertook. His lawn was maintained immaculately most Saturdays him on hands and knees pulling invasive weeds by hand and manicured as would a country club residence.
If you needed an item to do with home, lawn or auto care, Keith had it if he didn’t he could verse you on availability and application as though it was his design!
He always had a smile and willingness to take time to chat a bit. Really enjoyed the Cul-De-Sac get togethers, crawfish boils and Hurricane parties, Keith had the music and Karoke tools standing by, this Cul-De-Sac was the Bay Colony hotspot for entertainment and friendly neighbors welcoming all.

Our condolences and Prayers to Naomi and all the family members!
Keith was one of a kind and will be greatly missed.
