Juan Carlos Pujalt Ore

Juan Carlos Pujalt Ore, 61, a resident of Friendswood, TX passed away in his home on July 12, 2021. Juan was born in Ica,Peru on May 20, 1960. He was of the Catholic faith. His studies took place as a child in Ica, Peru where he also joined a military school in Arequipa, he was a distinguished player of the basketball team and part of the band and theatre group. After achieving his military diploma he continued his life in Chiclayo,Peru where he began his career as a selling agent. Where he met his wife and began their beautiful family with their 5 sons.

In 2001, Juan migrated to the United States with his family where they started a new life. He worked with Ole Mexican Foods as a delivery driver with his own route, where he made wonderful friendships with his coworkers and boss for over 19 years. Juan was an excellent Peru vision chef, he loved to cook ceviche for his family and enjoyed watching soccer and basketball with his sons. He enjoyed listening to Peruvian soundtracks and all types of music, including music from the 80’s. Every weekend Juan anxiously waited to speak with his siblings back in Peru, his dream was one day to be able to reunite with them again. One of the many memories we will hold in our hearts of Juan will be the bond he had with his sons. He loved to sit at the dining table after dinner and talk, and make jokes with them. Making them laugh with his classic phrases like, “Ahh Mujeres” (Oh women) when he couldn’t win a conversation with his wife. To his sons Juan was a person of dedication, someone they looked up to not only as a father but a hardworking, strong, loving man. The time spent with his grandchildren was also absolute golden to him.

Family was everything to Juan Carlos.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Araceli Ore-Pujalt and Guido Pujalt Martinez.

Juan leaves behind his wife, Patricia Vigil; sons: Bruno Pujalt and wife Nelly, Gonzalo Pujalt, wife Erica, Juan Carlos Pujalt, Mauricio Pujalt, Eduardo Pujalt; grandchildren: Caitlyn, Ariel, Joshua, Emma, Eli, and Ezra and a grand baby that is on the way.
