Janice Ann Simms
Janice Ann Simms, 70, of Pearland, TX passed away on April 05, 2024 at her home in Pearland. Janice was born a twin on August 29, 1953 in Houston, TX to Carlton and Eva Childress. She has lived in Pearland since 1984, a member of Fellowship Bible Church and retired from Pearland Jr. High East as their attendance clerk.
Mrs. Simms is preceded in death by her parents Carlton and Eva Childress; husband of 32 years, Kyle Simms and brother Carlton Childress.
Janice is survived by her son Harley Simms, wife Adrianna; twin sister Joyce Milstead, husband Max; grandchildren Bryce Simms, Avery Simms and Daniel Simms.
There will be a visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday April 11, 2024 at Crowder Funeral Home, 2422 E. Broadway St. Pearland, TX 77581. Funeral service will be 12:30 p.m. on Friday April 12, 2024, at Crowder Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Waldrop officiating. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery in Pearland. Pallbearers serving will be Kevin Milstead, Derek Maroon, Darren Smith, Sam Smith, Luke Smith & Bryce Simms.

My sincere condolences . She was an amazing woman. I am very honored to have known her, and it was an exceptional pleasure, watching her be a beautiful doting grandmother to her grandchildren. She will be missed..
