  3. Bart was the sweetest young man, and I had the pleasure of watching him grow through all his years at school. His wonderful laugh is something I will never forget. I am so sad for his family and many friends, and know that he will be dearly missed by so many. I send my loving thoughts.

  6. Don & Laura,
I’m saddened to hear of the passing of your son. I know as parents is very hard to understand what God’s plans are for you and your family. My mom and dad went through the same thing as my brother when he was only 18. They came to accept eventually with prayer and God. I wish y’all the best and can find comfort in each other. Don, I think of you often when we were in college and wish the best for y’all, now and in the future. May God bless and keep you in his arms.

  12. Laura, Don and Abby, I’m just heartbroken about the loss of Bart. I just found out last night. He was such a sweet, caring, funny guy. I was happily surprised when he looked me up on Facebook. We kept in touch and he rarely didn’t let a week pass that he didn’t let know he was keeping up with my posts. I was always interested in his ranching, animals, hunting and dogs updates. My deepest sympathies to all of you. Love, Emma
