Hunter Thomas Vestal

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Hunter Thomas Vestal, 35, resident of Seabrook, Texas. He began his eternal life on February 9, 2026. Hunter was born in Houston, Texas to proud and loving parents, Joe and Susan Vestal, on March 7, 1990.

Hunter is survived by his parents; wife, Emily; children, Colt, Mia, Emma & Benton; sisters, Jessica (Nick) & Jennifer; nieces, Kaleigh (Jorge) & Aubree; nephews, Trent, Logan, & Jove; grandfather, Barney Cearley; as well as numerous extended family and friends. He is proceeded in death by his “Nannie”, Anna Vestal; “E-Maw”, Janice Cearley; and “PawPaw”, Joe Vestal.

In his younger years, Hunter loved sports and adventure. He played basketball throughout junior high and high school, forming lifelong friendships and lasting memories. He had a passion for racing, traveling to race cars and spending time at the track. Hunter was adventurous at heart, always living life with energy and excitement.

Hunter’s greatest joy in life was his children. He was the best dad and always prioritized the kids by planning activities, playing outside, attending practices/games, and making sure that everyone knew how much he loved them. You would often hear him talking about how much he loved his “Big Brady Bunch Family” and showing pictures of everyone together. Hunter loved to be outside – specifically by the water, fishing/crabbing on the pier, listening to Morgan Wallen in his truck and on the golf cart, traveling with his wife & kids, and spending countless hours at the neighborhood pool.

In his honor, a visitation will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 11:00am-12:00pm, immediately followed by a service at 12:00pm in the Crowder Funeral Home Chapel, Webster, Texas.
