  2. I am truly sorry for your loss of Frances. In addition to the love of her family, she loved the Lord. She loved to study the Word and to share that knowledge with anyone who would listen. We at Betania (formerly Anointed Worship Center) benefited from her teachings. Our friendship went a long way back and I know she will be missed.

  5. My condolences to the family. I know she is with my mom Lydia Rios dancing in heaven and with her brother in law Ezequiel Garcia. May the Lord comfort the family. We celebrate her life for she was beautiful, a joyous person, extremely kind and full of the Love of God in her. May the family have peace and comfort in such a time as this in Jesus name. Amen.
