Elmer Keesler

Elmer Laverne Keesler of League City, Texas passed away on November 14, 2019. He was born on February 5, 1925 in Creston Iowa.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife, daughter Lynn Keesler and granddaughter Angela Leavitt. He is survived by his two sons and their wives Mark and Karen A. Keesler, Glenn and Michelle Keesler and his daughter and her husband Karen and Lynn York. He has 10 grandkids Shawn Keesler, Nicole Kirkley, Marcus Keesler, Chris Keesler, Kevin Keesler, Megan Toon, Daniel Schneider, Melanie Garcia, Scott Schneider and has 9 great grandkids Jaedyn, Maverick, Austin, Lyla, Kaylin, Makayla, Braydon, Skylar and Audrey.
Elmer Keesler was known to his friends and family as Hank Keesler. He served our country in the Navy during WWII. During this time he was in the service when he met the love of his life, Our Mom. After the service he worked a fulltime job and college at night to become an Electrical Engineer. He worked in Aerospace Engineering for 35 years and finished his career in the Nassua Bay Area. Hank and Eleanor Keesler both enjoyed their retirement by traveling and spending their time at the Lake House.
A celebration of his life will be held at Crowder Funeral Home, 111 East Medical Center Boulevard, Webster, TX 77598 on Friday, November 22 at 11:00 am.
