Donald Earl “Catfish” Whisenant 67, resident of Santa Fe, Texas passed from this life, November 15, 2019, with his family by his side. He was born in Selma, Alabama to proud and loving parents Buford and Vera Whisenant on February 3, 1952.

He spent his career as a residential electrician, proud father, caring son and brother, and most of all adoring grandfather.

“Catfish” leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Donnann Wainwright; step-son, Jerry Wayne Davis; six sisters; two brothers; four grandchildren as well as numerous friends.

A celebration of is life will be at a later date.
