It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Dana T. Paulissen on July 27, 2026. While her absence leaves a place in our hearts that can never be filled, she leaves behind a lifetime of love, laughter, kindness, unwavering faith, and appreciation for God’s many blessings.

Dana was born on May 17, 1964, in Groves, Texas, to her loving parents, Frank Austin Graham, Jr. and Sunny Gans Graham. Throughout her life, Dana possessed a deep passion for education and dedicated herself to teaching. She found great joy in helping others learn and grow, touching countless lives through her compassion, encouragement, and commitment to her students.

Above all, Dana cherished her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth and generosity enriched the lives of all who knew her. Her gentle spirit, caring heart, and steadfast faith will be remembered and treasured forever.

Dana is survived by her beloved husband, David A. Paulissen; her sons, Daniel E. Tillman and wife Worapattra, and Karl A. Paulissen and wife Ashley; her cherished grandchildren, Ryan A. Paulissen and Raylee A. Paulissen; her brothers, Brian Graham and wife Deena, Kevin Graham and wife Tara, and Brady Graham and wife Jennifer; her sister, Sr. Caritas, FSGM; and numerous extended family members, friends, colleagues, and all whose lives were blessed by knowing her.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Dana’s life during a visitation on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with a Rosary beginning at 6:30 p.m., at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Shrine of the True Cross Catholic Church in Dickinson, Texas, officiated by Fr. Houston Okonma. Interment will follow the Funeral Mass. Following the interment, family and friends are invited to gather for a reception at Shrine of the True Cross Catholic Church to continue celebrating Dana’s life and sharing memories.

Though Dana’s earthly journey has come to an end, her legacy of faith, love, service, and devotion to family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
