Cheryl Diane Bacon

Cheryl Diane Bacon passed this life on July 16, 2021, at the age of 76, and was the surviving spouse of her beloved husband of thirty-five (35) years, Raymond Bacon.  Cheryl was born in Tallahassee, Florida, but was domiciled and a life-long resident of Pearland, Texas.  She was a valuable team member throughout her twenty (20) year(s) career at Lowe’s; being known for her expertise in the paint industry, as she was often referred to as the “The Paint Lady.”
Cheryl reunites with her husband, Raymond Bacon; beloved daughter, Shelly Chappie; maternal parent, Regine Boner; paternal parent, Jerald Ognibene.  She leaves behind her best-friend also sister, Renee Erwin, and Larry Erwin her brother-in-law; brother, Les Draper; grandchild, Raymond Chappie; great-grandchildren, Pyrson Neil Chappie and Cannon Ace Alejandro; adored friend and “paint pal”, Maryanne (Ann) Houston.

    • We never met, but I met Ray in Flightschool back in the late 70’s. We were then stationed in the 101st Abn Div at Fort Campbell, for a few years, Ray in B Company 229th and me in A btry 377th Fild Artillary.
