  1. My Aunt Carolyn, I will miss you lots. I always enjoyed visiting with you when I came to Houston. You are the only person I played dominos with and didn’t even mind tat you always beat me. I enjoyed our many trips to the casino and would enjoy your enthusiasm at the slot machines. I have many memories of family get togethers growing up and the many times you had me brush your hair while the other cousins were playing. My Mom loved you and you would ask me about her every time I talked to you even though she passed away several years ago. I hope you now are all together and having happy times together again and are saying what good kids Carolyn Lee and I were. You told me I was the sweetest (lol) and it meant a lot.
I will always love you & remember you.

  2. Dear Nana,
I was so lucky to have you and Smokey come into my life.
I will always remember our good times playing bingo, cards and dominoes at the Buckingham and later at your home in Pearland. We always had so much fun.
Your daughter, Carolyn, was so lucky to have you so long in her life as I lost both of my parents by the time I was 42.
But you were so lucky to have Carolyn as she has to have been the most loving and caring daughter a mother could have.
I just got a new domino game and will think of you every time I play wishing it was you I was playing with.
Know you are now with your beloved husband, Marvin, and your daughter Joyce sharing your eternal life with our Lord.
