  10. Betty was a great lady and I feel so fortunate to have known her. We both served on the endowment committee back in the day. We stayed friends for many years and she was so respected and admired by me. I saw her last year at the Galentine’s Day event at the Mediterraneo Market Cafe last February. She gave me the biggest hug and told me how proud she was of me. What a great example she was of a smart, driven business woman and a big supporter of other women in the business. She will be greatly missed!
