Alfredo Tovar, (El Guero)
Alfredo Tovar, (El Guero) 61, of Houston, TX passed away at his home on June 20, 2019. Alfredo Tovar was born on October 17, 1957 in Mexico; to Alfredo and Valentina Tovar. Alfredo was raised in the Catholic Faith. He has been a resident to Houston for 48 years, where he worked as the owner Tovar Roofing.
Guero will truly be missed.
He is proceeded in death by his mother and father, Alfredo and Valentina Tovar; daughter, Krystal Tovar and his son, Alfredo Valentine Tovar.
He is survived by daughter, Olga Pena, husband Jesse; son, Alex Tovar, wife Patricia; former wife, Natalie Rodriguez; sisters: Graciela Tovar Sanchez, husband Silvano Vargas, Maria DeJesus Tovar Sanchez, Maria Guadalupe Tovar, husband Rogelio F. Ramirez; brothers: Ruben Tovar Sanchez, Rodolfo Tovar Sanchez, wife Olga Lidia Tovar, Mere Tovar Sanchez, wife Maria Tovar, Jose Luis Tovar Sanchez, wife Juana Tovar and Jaime Tovar Sanchez; grandchildren: Felicity Pena, Anaiah Pena, Ethan Mejia, Aaliyah Tovar, Alasia Tovar and Alex Tovar.
There will be a visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary to begin at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Crowder Funeral Home 2422 E. Broadway St. Pearland, TX 77581.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. on Friday June 28, 2019 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Hollywood Cemetery in Houston, TX.
Pallbearers will be: Alex Tovar, Luis Garza, Ruben Tovar, Rodolfo Tovar, Johnny Sanchez, Jose Luis Tovar, Jaime Tovar and Mere Tovar.
To Mr. Tovar’s family. I’m deeply sorry for your loss. Our Almighty Heavenly Father Jehovah God promises that you will see him again. Here on Earth. Acts 24:15, John 5:28,29. He will also be in perfect health, Revelation 21:1-5.

I have had the pleasure of working with 2 of his fine sons the late Alfredo Valentine Tovar and son Alex. Alex has been and still is the foundation of my entire department he at Schlumberger.
